BODIZ Universities Drifts
BODIZ successfully hosted an engaging activation at the British University in Egypt, connecting with 15,000 students over the course of a month. With a stylish booth as their centerpiece, they showcased their presence while offering high-quality products, leaving a lasting impression on the university community.
Joviality Universities Drifts
We successfully managed the Universities Drifts program for Joviality across four major universities — BUE, GUC, FUE, and CIC. Each university activation ran for one full week, where we handled the entire operation end-to-end, including booth design and production, ushering, media coverage, and university coordination and booking. Through this program, Joviality engaged with over 40,000 A+ segment students, driving strong brand awareness and boosting on-campus cosmetics sales.
Green Growth Summit 2025
The Green Growth Summit is a one-day international event hosting over 200 global leaders—including CEOs, investors, VCs, and accelerators—to explore the future of the green economy. Through dynamic panels, visionary talks, and interactive workshops, the summit fosters bold ideas, strategic partnerships, and innovative solutions that drive sustainable growth on a global scale.
HVD Annual Event 2025 (Ticketing System)
The HVD Annual Event is powered by Eventick, providing a seamless ticketing and registration system. From QR code tickets and on-site scanning to email, WhatsApp, and SMS notifications, Eventick ensures smooth entry and real-time tracking through a live dashboard, delivering efficiency for organizers and a hassle-free experience for attendees.
Fintech Report Event 2025 by Entlaq & Embassy of the Netherlands
The annual report event on Egypt’s fintech industry was a one-day gathering at the Embassy of the Netherlands, bringing together 80+ investors, CEOs, and VCs. The event featured discussions on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities, supported by key data, numbers, and visual insights. It also provided a platform for networking and collaboration, highlighting the sector’s growth potential and investment opportunities.
ACCCF Summit 2025
The annual summit of engineers in Egypt, held at The Greek Campus, brought together over 2,000 attendees, including professionals, industry leaders, and aspiring engineers. The event featured 30+ panels and talks on industry trends, along with 15+ hands-on workshops to enhance technical skills. With 50+ distinguished speakers and mentors, the summit provided valuable insights, networking opportunities, and career guidance. Additionally, it facilitated over 200 job vacancies in national and multinational companies, making it a vital platform for professional growth and industry connections.
Giza Seeds & Herbs Annual Retreat 2025
The annual retreat was held at Tolip El Gala in El Ain El Sokhna for two days and one night, bringing together 90 employees. The event featured high-quality productions and interactive activations, providing a memorable experience and opportunities for engaging photos. Employees participated in team-building activities designed to foster collaboration, strengthen teamwork, and enhance overall engagement.
2nd Net Zero Conference 2024
The 2nd Net Zero Conference in Egypt convened over 120 VIP speakers, including ministers and global leaders, to advance climate action and accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy. Building on COP27's success, it fostered collaboration on critical issues like energy, water, and agriculture, showcasing Egypt’s leadership in tackling global climate challenges.
X-Match Demo Day 2024
XMatch is a dynamic platform connecting businesses with top investors and banks, fostering growth and collaboration. At our recent event, we hosted 150 attendees, including investors, CEOs, and industry leaders, and featured 20 innovative pitches from promising ventures.
